We strongly remind you that the live lectures held at our university with distance education and all video, audio and video recordings shared online afterwards are "personal data" in the context of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for our related instructor. It is very important that you pay attention to the protection of personal data during the lecture process. The virtual classrooms and lessons described should not be shared or circulated on any social media platform. Failure to do so means a violation of the personal data of our related faculty members in terms of KVKK, and reminding that the said violation has/may have very serious legal and penal sanctions; We would like to emphasize that in the event of such violations of rights, our institution does not have any legal / criminal responsibility, all responsibility in this regard will lie with the relevant person / persons, and this notice is in the nature of enlightenment within the scope of Articles 8 and 10 of the KVKK. We fully believe that you, our esteemed students, will strictly comply with the legal regulations in question.
